Cyber Security Company mass strike The company told NBC that it experienced a severe outage on Friday that affected operations around the world.
The company said the outage was due to issues with the latest update. mass strike The update is currently being rolled back globally.
The confirmation comes after widespread reports of technical issues around the world, many of them related to Microsoft products. The U.S. tech giant confirmed earlier on Friday that its cloud services had been largely restored after suffering an outage.
“CrowdStrike is aware of reports of Windows host crashes related to Falcon sensors,” CrowdStrike said in a recorded message.
Australian telecommunications company Telstra said global issues affecting CrowdStrike and Microsoft were disrupting some of its systems.
A company spokesperson said: “This issue is causing some distress for some of our customers and we thank them for their patience.”
CNBC parent company NBC Universal is one of the businesses affected by the CrowdStrike outage.
