Former President Donald Trump vowed Friday to hold another campaign rally in the same area where he survived an assassination attempt less than two weeks ago.
Trump said the upcoming rally in Butler, Pa., will honor firefighter and rally attendee Corey Competore, who was killed in the attack, as well as others who were injured.
“FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT!” Trump wrote in all caps truth society posts announced the rally, referring to the three words he uttered to supporters after the July 13 shooting.
Trump suffered a minor ear injury in the incident, which both he and his former White House physician, now Rep. Ronny Jackson, insist were caused by an assassin’s bullet.
