Less than three months after announcing plans to donate to a political action committee supporting Donald Trump’s presidential campaign, venture capitalist Ben Horowitz said he will donate to Vice President Kamala Harris’s campaign, CNBC has confirmed. Campaign contributions.

The tech investor said in a letter to employees at venture capital firm Andreessen Horowitz that he and his wife, Felicia, have a long-standing friendship with Harris. Andreessen and Horowitz founded their company in 2009 but have yet to make a formal endorsement ahead of the 2024 election. Their financial support for the Trump campaign is due to what they call a better “small tech agenda.”
