Republican candidate Tim Sheehy will defeat incumbent Democratic Sen. Jon Tester in the election for Montana’s Senate seat, according to NBC News.

In an interview with radio host Megyn Kelly this week, Sheehy, 38, who owns an aerial firefighting company, struggled to explain a 2015 incident in Montana’s Glacier National Park in which he fired a handgun Headed to the hospital after the shooting.
