Check out the companies making headlines in after-hours trading. Ulta Beauty — The beauty retailer beat revenue and profit estimates in its fiscal third quarter, sending its shares up 12%. Ulta reported earnings of $5.14 per share on revenue of $2.53 billion. That beat analysts’ expectations for LSEG’s earnings of $4.54 per share and revenue of $2.5 billion. The company also raised its full-year guidance. GitLab — Shares of GitLab rose 6% after the maker of software development tools reported a big jump in third-quarter profit. GitLab reported adjusted earnings of 23 cents per share on revenue of $196 million, beating LSEG’s consensus estimate of 16 cents per share on revenue of $188 million. The company also announced a new chief executive, effective Thursday. Samsara — Shares of the software company fell 9% despite beating revenue and profit estimates. Samsara’s third-quarter adjusted earnings per share were 7 cents, beating analysts’ expectations of 4 cents per share, according to LSEG. Its quarterly revenue of $322 million was also higher than expectations of $311 million. Samsara also gave fourth-quarter profit guidance that beat Wall Street expectations. DocuSign – Shares of the electronic signature software company soared 15%. DocuSign issued optimistic fourth-quarter revenue guidance, predicting a revenue range of $758 million to $762 million, according to LSEG, compared with analysts’ forecasts of $756 million. Adjusted third-quarter profit and revenue also beat Wall Street expectations. Rubrik — Shares of the data security company rose 15% after the close, following a smaller-than-expected decline. Rubrik, which went public earlier this year, posted a loss of 21 cents per share, while analysts polled by LSEG expected a loss of 40 cents per share. Rubrik’s revenue of $236 million also beat consensus estimates of $218 million. Hewlett Packard Enterprise – Shares of Hewlett Packard Enterprise rose 2% after the technology company reported better-than-expected fourth-quarter profit. Hewlett Packard Enterprise reported adjusted earnings of 58 cents per share on revenue of $8.46 billion. Analysts polled by LSEG expected earnings of 56 cents per share on revenue of $8.26 billion. UiPath – Shares of the automation software company fell about 3%. UiPath expects fourth-quarter revenue guidance in the range of $422 million to $427 million, while analysts surveyed by LSEG expected $424 million. However, third-quarter results beat analysts’ expectations on both revenue and profit. Asana — The work management software company reported an adjusted loss that was below Wall Street expectations, sending its shares soaring 19%. Asana’s third-quarter revenue was $184 million, also $3 million higher than analysts’ expectations, according to LSEG. Lululemon Athletica — The athletic apparel maker reported better-than-expected quarterly results, sending its shares up more than 10%. Lululemon reported earnings of $2.87 per share on revenue of $2.4 billion, beating analysts’ expectations of earnings of $2.69 per share on revenue of $2.36 billion. —CNBC’s Darla Mercado contributed reporting.
