After sifting through more than 500 online platforms, I found that some of them allow you to monetize the space you live in by renting out part of it for a specific purpose, such as storage space.

1. Rent storage space

You decide what types of events you’d like to host, whether renters can use the entire home or just part of it, and the maximum number of people allowed.
You can also set your own rates and determine terms, such as whether renters need to purchase event insurance to host parties at your place, which I highly recommend.
You can also set a minimum rental time, such as four hours. That way you’ll know that every time you get a booking, you’ll earn enough to make your efforts worth it.
