Barstool Sports founder Dave Portnoy received a $2.76 million bonus for UConn’s rout of Purdue in the NCAA men’s tournament on Monday night.
Portnoy tweeted the massive $600,000 bet on the Huskies to win the national championship on March 20. DraftKings confirmed the bet to CNBC.
“This is the biggest bet of my life,” Portnoy said in a post on the social media site X. “This is the biggest victory of my life,” he added.
