Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene said she will let fellow House Republicans listen to constituents before deciding whether to vote to remove Speaker Mike Johnson.

Greene made the remarks to a group of reporters on CNN after the House passed four bills during Saturday’s session. Three of the bills are to provide aid to Taiwan, Ukraine and Israel, and the fourth approves a possible ban on TikTok if its parent company, China’s ByteDance, does not sell it.

Greene listed several reasons why she believed Johnson should not be speaker, but also said she wanted to be “responsible” and would not ask Johnson to resign before she has enough support.

“I don’t support Mike Johnson, he’s a lame duck,” Green told reporters.

Green introduced a motion in March calling for a vote to force Johnson to resign as speaker, but no further action has been taken since.

Greene also criticized House members for cheering and waving Ukrainian flags after the passage of that specific bill. After the vote, Speaker Johnson expressed similar views in an interview with reporters.

“We should only be waving one flag on the House floor, and I think we know which flag that is,” Johnson said.

The bills will now go to the Senate, headed by Majority Leader Chuck Schumer. DN.Y. hinted it might be Tuesday. If approved, the bill will be sent to President Joe Biden.
