Jurors in Hunter Biden’s criminal gun trial resume deliberations Tuesday morning delaware federal court.
The jury began deliberations Monday afternoon after hearing closing arguments, but only met for about an hour before adjourning.
Biden, 54, is the son of President Joe Biden. He was charged in U.S. District Court in Wilmington with three crimes related to the purchase and possession of a handgun while also being an active drug user and addict.
Biden is also accused in a separate case in federal court in Los Angeles of failing to pay at least $1.4 million in taxes over four years.
He plans to begin the case in September, two months before his father faces former President Donald Trump in the election.
