Tesla The company said on Thursday it may raise European prices for its Model 3 cars from July 1 after the European Union said it might impose temporary higher tariffs on electric vehicle imports from China.
“We anticipate requiring a price increase for Model 3 vehicles starting July 1, 2024,” a notice on Tesla’s website said. “This is due to the potential for additional taxes on electric vehicles manufactured in China and sold in the EU. Import tariffs”
