Charming valleys, vibrant street markets and dreamy forests.
These are just some of the things Disney Cruise Line fans can look forward to on upcoming cruises disney adventureaccording to details released by Disney Cruise Line on Tuesday.
The ship is Disney’s sixth cruise ship and the company’s first to be homeported in Asia. Its first flight is scheduled to depart Singapore in 2025.
The Disney Adventure will operate three- and four-night sailings and can accommodate approximately 6,700 passengers and 2,500 crew members, according to a press release. All flights will reportedly depart from Marina Bay Cruise Centre.

Disneyland Adventure Park is designed around seven themed areas inspired by Disney, Pixar and Marvel films, including:
- Gardens of the Imagination: Described as the heart and gateway of the ship; it houses an “enchanted valley”, gardens and open-air performance venues
- Discovery Reef: A great place to shop and dine, featuring characters and stories from Disney’s nautical films, such as “The Little Mermaid” and “Finding Nemo”
- San Fransokyo Street: a street market-inspired family entertainment area with interactive games, shops and a cinema

- Town Square: A gathering place for fans of Disney’s royal family, shops and restaurants are built into the forest, reminiscent of Tangled, Cinderella, Frozen and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs
- Marvel Landing: A new attraction designed for Avengers superhero fans
- Toy Story Locations: An amusement park inspired by Pixar’s Toy Story series, featuring themed food venues and water play areas
The cabins will feature discreet Disney touches and the cruise line’s split-tub concept so two people can be ready at the same time, according to a press release.
Like other Disney cruise ships, the Disney Adventure will have characters on board, entertainment based on Disney songs and viewings of its most popular movies.
Billed as the “ultimate sea vacation” for families, Disneyland Adventure is a cruise for all ages and offers parents a spa, fitness area and “fine dining restaurants,” according to a press release.
In addition, it will have a unique Asian flair that pays homage to the company’s first cruise ship in the region.
“By combining Disney’s signature service with carefully curated experiences unique to Asia, guests can look forward to experiences at sea with a personalized touch, curated global cuisine, and extensive retail offerings with a unique local flavor. Other Disney Cruise Lines
Disney Adventure joins two other ships in Disney Cruise Line’s five-ship fleet — Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny are in development, according to a press release.
Disney Cruise Line sails to the Caribbean, Europe, Alaska, Mexico, Canada, Hawaii, the South Pacific, Australia and New Zealand.

According to a press release on Tuesday, Singapore’s “strategic location, world-class air traffic and port infrastructure make it a booming cruise hub in Southeast Asia.”
Under the agreement between Disney Cruise Line and the Singapore Tourism Board, the cruise will operate for at least five years.
The ship’s first departure date and sailing pricing have not yet been announced.
