WD-40 Company — Shares of the metal lubricant maker rose 11% after the company reported fiscal third-quarter results that beat analysts’ expectations. WD-40 reported earnings of $1.46 per share on revenue of $155 million, beating analysts’ expectations of earnings of $1.39 per share on revenue of $145.8 million, according to FactSet.
price intelligence — Shares of the membership warehouse club operator rose 6% after reporting better-than-expected fiscal third-quarter earnings and revenue. PriceSmart’s adjusted earnings were $1.08 per share, while analysts polled by FactSet had expected $1.01 per share. The company’s revenue of $1.23 billion also topped consensus estimates of $1.21 billion.
