President Joe Biden will speak at the conference oval office explaining his decision to drop out of the presidential race against former President Donald Trump and laying out plans for the remaining months of his term.
It was Biden’s first address to the nation since he dropped out of the race and endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris to succeed him.
The president returned to Washington on Tuesday after undergoing a Covid-19 quarantine at his beach house in Delaware.
