In July, four Chinese companies raised approximately US$1.5 billion by issuing shares on the six major Swiss exchanges through the new China Concept Stock Connect program.

SIX Swiss Exchange said trading would resume at around 1130 CET (0930 GMT) on Wednesday after a market halt due to data transmission issues.
Six national banks halted trading in all products, including stocks, bonds and exchange-traded funds, at around 1000 CET.
But then it said that the data issue had been resolved and that stock and ETF trading would resume around 1130 CET, and bond trading would also resume around 1200 CET.
The Spanish stock exchange operating on the 6th also suffered data problems, but trading continued normally.
A spokesman for the Spanish stock exchange said: “The market is functioning normally… We are analyzing some events in the dissemination of the data. But the market is functioning normally.”
The SIX Swiss Exchange is home to companies including NestleRoche and UBS. In June 2023, it suffered an outage of about three hours.
SIX said on its website that a number of trades, including bonds, ETFs and structured products, were declared “erroneous trades” in Switzerland and canceled.
