S&P 500 Index Futures Stocks were nearly flat Thursday night as investors wondered what’s next for the market after a post-election rally faltered.

Futures linked to the Dow Jones Industrial Average Down 25 points, or 0.1%. S&P 500 futures also fell 0.1%, while Nasdaq 100 Futures down 0.2%.

“Investors are taking a breath and assessing whether this development has merit,” said Sam Stovall, chief investment strategist at CFRA Research. “We really don’t see anything disruptive to the stock market right now, but investors are always looking around for what could lead to this.
