Iran will not prevent the United Nations nuclear watchdog from accessing and inspecting its sites, the head of Iran’s Atomic Energy Organization said on Saturday.

Last week, the International Atomic Energy Agency reported that Iran had increased the purity of Fordow enriched uranium to 60%, close to 90% weapons-grade.
“We have not and will not create any obstacles to the agency’s inspection and access,” Iranian media quoted the head of the Atomic Energy Organization, Mohammad Eslami, as saying.
“We operate within the framework of safeguards and the agency acts within the rules – no more, no less,” he added.
