President-elect Donald Trump announced on Tuesday a $20 billion effort to build new data centers across the United States.

The president-elect said at Mar-a-Lago in Florida that Emirati billionaire Hussain Sajwani, a Trump partner and founder of real estate development company DAMAC Properties, has pledged to donate “at least” out of this fund.

“They’ll probably spend twice as much or more,” Trump said of Sajwani’s company.

Trump said the “first phase” of the plan will take place in Texas, Arizona, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Ohio, Illinois, Michigan and Indiana.
