Check out the companies making headlines in after-hours trading. Cal-Maine Foods – Shares of Cal-Maine Foods rose 4% after the egg producer reported its latest quarterly results. In the second quarter of fiscal 2025, California Maine Foods earned $4.47 per share and revenue of $954.7 million, an increase of 82% over the same period last year. The results are not comparable to Wall Street estimates due to smaller coverage. AAR Corp — Shares of AAR Corp rose about 4% after the aviation services provider’s fiscal second-quarter results topped Wall Street expectations. AAR Corp reported adjusted earnings of 90 cents per share on revenue of $686.1 million, beating analysts’ expectations of 85 cents per share and $654.2 million, according to FactSet. AZZ – Shares of AZZ rose about 1% after the metal coatings company reported better-than-expected third-quarter results. AZZ reported adjusted earnings of $1.39 per share on revenue of $403.7 million. That was higher than the $1.26 per share and $394.3 million in revenue forecast by analysts polled by FactSet. In regular trading on Tuesday, Getty shares surged more than 24% and Shutterstock shares rose nearly 15% after the two companies announced a merger worth $3.7 billion. Shutterstock was little changed in after-hours trading.
