Amazon is offering Prime members a free Grubhub subscription, its latest effort to boost the benefits of its $139-a-year loyalty program.
The e-commerce giant previously offered Prime members a one-year Grubhub subscription, which included free shipping on orders over $12. The deal, announced Thursday, makes the food delivery service a permanent fixture of Amazon’s Prime membership program. As part of the move, people without Prime membership will also be able to place Grubhub orders directly through the Amazon website and mobile app.
