Walmart Members are getting a huge deal.
The retailer announced a new partnership with fast-food chain Burger King on Thursday, offering members of its Walmart+ subscription program 25% off any Burger King order placed through the BK app. According to a news report, starting in September, members will be eligible to receive a no-fire Whopper with a purchase every three months. release.
Walmart positions the additional benefit as cost savings for its members. Nowadays, cost-conscious diners are increasingly pursuing value.
“We believe our members will welcome the additional savings, and we’re pleased to partner with a trusted brand like Burger King to offer this benefit,” Venessa Yates, senior vice president and general manager, said in a statement.
Walmart+ costs $12.95 per month, or $98 per year, and includes free shipping and shipping on Walmart orders. In 2022, Walmart will enter streaming media trade and Paramount Worldwide Advertising-supported plans on Paramount+ are available to Walmart+ members for free.
