Check out the companies making headlines before the market opens. Hertz Global — Shares of the car rental company fell nearly 5% after Goldman Sachs downgraded the company to sell from neutral. Analyst Lizzie Dove believes that investors have not fully digested some recent pressures. Block — Shares of the financial services platform fell 3% after Morgan Stanley downgraded its rating to underweight from equal weight. The company cited “high market penetration and limited additional opportunities” as the reason for the change. Zeta Global — Shares of Zeta Global rose 5% after Morgan Stanley upgraded the software company to overweight from equal weight. The bank expects positive valuation and forecast revisions going forward, citing Zeta’s near-term catalysts and “strong track record” of prudent guidance. Wayfair — Shares of the home-focused e-commerce retailer rose nearly 5% after the Evercore ISI was upgraded to outperform. The company said Wayfair can gain market share as the home furnishings segment recovers. Levi Strauss—The company’s first-quarter revenue and profit exceeded expectations and it raised its full-year profit guidance, sending its stock price up 8%. In the period, the retailer posted adjusted earnings of 26 cents per share on revenue of $1.56 billion. That beat the 21 cents and $1.55 billion expected by analysts surveyed by LSEG. Conagra Brands — Shares of Conagra Brands rose more than 4% after the consumer food company reported better-than-expected third-quarter profit and revenue. ConAgra reported earnings of 69 cents a share on revenue of $3.03 billion, beating the FactSet consensus of 65 cents a share on revenue of $3.01 billion. Lamb Weston – Shares of Lamb Weston rose nearly 1% ahead of the French fry maker’s latest quarterly results. Analysts polled by FactSet expected third-quarter revenue of $1.65 billion. Intuitive Machines – Space stocks soared nearly 11% after Intuitive won a $30 million NASA contract to build a lunar terrain vehicle.
