NATO chief Jens Stoltenberg said on Thursday it was time for members of the military alliance to reconsider restrictions on arms shipments to Ukraine, Reuters reported.
He said before a meeting of NATO foreign ministers that allies are providing various types of limited support to Ukraine and that any restrictions on support are national decisions.
“But I think given the evolution of this war … it’s time to look at some of these limitations so that Ukrainians can actually defend themselves.”
